What can I store? Can I store furniture?

You can store pretty much anything as long as it’s not illegal, dangerous or perishable. For list of prohibited items, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Yes, we are able to store your furniture or bulky items provided it fits into our storage units. Please contact us for further details.

What is the minimum storage period?

Our minimum storage period is 1 month (excluding promotions).

How do you insure the safety of my items?

We are committed to the security and safety of your stored items. If you are storing fragile items, please make sure they are wrapped properly and carefully packed to ensure safety during transport. We are not responsible for items that are damaged because they were improperly packed.

When do I pay?

Before moving in, customer has to settle one month storage fee in advance, storage deposit and other service charges (if any).

Subsequent payments are a month in advance. We send out monthly invoices to our customers.

How much is my storage deposit?

Your storage deposit is one month storage fee. This deposit cannot be deducted for monthly rent, transportation or other expenses. The deposit will be refunded to you when your lease agreement is terminated and any outstanding amounts owing are paid.

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit card via Ezidebit (here), bank deposit/direct deposit, cash or cheque.

For long-term storage we recommend setting up an direct debit to ensure you don't miss a payment.

What do I need to do if I plan to move out?

We require at least one-month notice in writing confirming that you are terminating your agreement.

What happens if I move out early?

You only pay for the storage you have used provided you give us the required notice. If you move out early you will still receive all your un-used rent refunded back to you. 

What happens if I do not pay my rent?

Rent is paid monthly in advance. If rent is not paid according to the Terms of the Storage Agreement we may be forced to sell the contents of the storage unit.

We will do everything we can do to prevent this and you should contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter promptly.
